What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and — if you choose to add them — your company, phone number, service of interest and project stage, along with your message.

We also record the date and time of your submission, the page the enquiry was sent from, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way encrypted (hashed) value derived from your IP address. The hashed value is used only to limit automated and repeated submissions; it cannot be reversed back into your IP address.

Why we use it

We use this information to read and respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a managed cloud database used by this website, and a notification containing your enquiry is sent by email to Crest Solutions through an email delivery provider. Both act as service providers processing the data on our behalf, and access is restricted to Crest Solutions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business correspondence. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info (at) crestsolutions.ca and we will action the request.

This website does not set advertising cookies. No analytics tracking is active on the site at present; if that changes, this notice will be updated first.
